Rare vintage 1980’s 18 karat yellow gold amethyst and diamond necklace signed by Bvlgari.
It features 9 graduating faceted amethyst beads weighing approximately 75 carats, and 180 round diamonds weighing approximately 2.25 carats.
The diamonds are F-G color VS clarity.
The diamonds are set in 18k gold rondelles, with 10 diamonds per rondelle. The rondelles are interspersed with clusters of 18 karat gold cable chains (7 chains per cluster). Each cluster is approximately 6 mm wide.
The larger amethyst measures approximately 15.28 x 15 mm. The smallest amethyst measures approximately 10.63 x 10 mm.
The necklace weighs 71 grams and measures 17.25 inches (43.80 cm).
Stamped BVLGARI, 499BD 750.
It comes with its original leather and suede Bvlgari necklace folder.
